Grid view Checkbox coloumn

Hi,
i have TELERIK GRID in my web based project , i have gridcleintselect column in gridview, as u can see in attachment,

I donot how to write code to get selected coloumn on client side browser from checkbox .. please help me to write routine in vb for this functionality,
