Display full file path

I have a program which connects to a Bluetooth device and then displays folders in a listview which are inside that device.
I am attaching a picture which demonstrate what I have told above.

Now I want to display the file path of those displayed folders, How I can do this using VB?

Like this "Root/Phone memory/Pictures"

Can anyone help me on this?
