Retrieving the values in an entire row from a radgrid

I'm using a radgrid control and inside the radgrid i have a template field with a button inside, now anytime i click the button i want to be able to retrieve the values of that entire row and store them in their respective variables and do what i want with them. I haven't tried anything yet b'cos i simply do not know how to do it though i have read lots of articles online which have not been of any help.
