Using resources: Image works Video doesn't

Someone else brought this to my attention and I thought they were just doing something wrong - Until I tried to do it.

If I place images in my WPF project I have no issue using them.
If I place a video in the project it shows fine in designer but doesn't work at run-time.
I've done my best Google-Foo but can't find a solution.

All the database stuff on the window is meaningless and unrelated. This is just a window I use for testing things before putting them in the real dialogs.

Both resources were brought in in the same way:


Yet when the application is run, the image shows and the video does not nor is it playing invisibly as there is no audio.


Videos were tried of .mp4, .avi, .wmv - I'm going to assume if the designer can pull a valid preview it should be able to play it. But none of the types worked.
