how can I add human face to my app?

I have an app that has the ability to talk in natural voice, now I want to get a visual face on my app so everytime app talks the face talks too (in animation).
I searched internet and so far found nothing. I hope if anyone could help me.



I'm using c#.net in visual studio 2010.
