PHP Tunnel

So I'm sitting in schools just browsing the web on my phone and and sure enough the firewall kicks in and started blocking all types of forums and other things that any normal person might deem useful. So I got home and started looking into tunneling all my traffic to a site that would not be blocked. I found a few sites but they're not reliable so I figure what the hell I'll make my own. I've got a good background in dealing with PHP and other "simple" languages but I don't really know where to start. I've been browsing Google (like any smart person would) and all I'm finding is scripts for web based proxies. I want to have an ip and a port and put that into the app I found on my Android and be able to tunnel all my traffic through it without having to go to a site and use their website and address bar. I've found a bunch of PHP based proxies so I'm assuming it is possible this way, but I don't know for sure. I know it is possible just a matter of knowing where to being. Maybe a tutorial if you know a good one? Any help would be cool.

Thanks,
Daniel
