Launch failed. Binary not found.

I am receiving the error "Launch failed. Binary not found." when I try to compile.

I have installed MinGW to the location C:\MinGW and added ;C:\MinGW\bin; to my environment variable path for windows.

I then selected my binary parses in eclipse to Windows PE parser and Cygwin PE parser in eclipse. Then finally ensured that eclipse is using the proper path.

All of these steps worked for my desktop PC, but it is not working on my laptop. My laptop is windows 8.

I made sure to build project before compiling.
