I am writing a vb.net desktop application for medical support group. They have a small network of 6 users.
Because of security issues, the network nor any of the computers have access to the internet. I can access their network via dial-up phone connection. I have installed the application on one of their computers without a problem. It required me to be on in their physical site. I would like to be able to use the option to publish my application in vs2010, dial into their machine via the phone, copy my published directory to their network and for each user to pick up the new version automatically the next time the application starts. This is a standard supported option, but i need the ability to perform this task on my laptop, transfer it to their server via phone, etc.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how I could accomplish this?
