I want to create a website that someone stays at an end and broadcast his/her events to certain people with his webcam on while others too view it live. I have browsed through the internet for days but could not get a perfect result except for site that provide the facilities like justin.tv, stickam and so on but i dont need a third party so that i can have total control and dont know where to start any idea and possibly links would be appreciated.
