C++ Tutorial Request for Antivirus/CCleaner related programs

Anyways, I am wondering if there are any noob-friendly tutorial in creating an Antivirus or a Computer Cleaner such as similar programs suchas "CCleaner."

If there are similar tutorials already made on the site, posting of any links are greatly appreciated.
