Edit Foxpro program with Visual studio or SQL server manager

Hello,

I am new to programing.
I want to make a simple edit on a form in a program developed with Foxpro
Do I need to buy Foxpro program or i can edit it from the programs that i have already or any other free programs

i have already Visual studio and SQL server manager (also MS Access if it can help)
