problems while opening visual studio project damaged file

hi, maybe it is not the proper place to ask this question but maybe you got into this situation before and yoy can help me
i wuold be very grateful.

i am getting a strange problem tonight, i try to open my visual studio projects and i find 2 files, a SUO one and a SLN one, when i open the SLN one i get a message "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

i guessed it is a winrar problem, that's why i installed it again, but i still get this problem while opening my project, i cant open none of them practically.
