question probably about front page

Hi there. I'm just guessing my problem involves java.
My wife loves Front Page and its child, Expression Web. (I do not!)
I've just gone through a sequence:

Upgraded my Firefox.
Stopped being able to see the links on my wife's site.
Figured out the new FF had java (Front Page links are done in java) defaulted to "off." Turned it "on." Saw links again.
Upgraded to latest Java.
Now when I go to a page on her site, I get a Warning! Some app is trying to run.. popup. Tell it OK, get another popup, the same.

I suspect these warnings are associated with the links. One popup per link, somehow regarded as apps. Popup does not identify the app.

Am I in the ballpark, and can I get it to cut it out?

Site's main page is www.Darrowby.com. Got the popups when I went to any other page.

If this ain't it, and you know where to redirect me, I'd appreciate that, too.
